36th Annual Bicycle Festival Dates: October 7-10, 2010 Attracting 1000 cyclists, this is Florida's oldest and largest bicycling event! With rides of varying lengths skill levels, cyclists of all ages come and see why Lake County is recognized as one of the best places in the world to ride (Bicycling Magazine, March 1998). 26th Annual Craft Fair Dates: October 23-24, 2010 This nationally ranked juried event continues to attract over 250,000 visitors and over 350 of the best crafters in the country. 16th Annual Mount Dora Plant & Garden Fair Dates: November 6 & 7, 2010 (First weekend in November) Admission is free. Central Florida's top growers bring more than 12,000 plants. The event features orchid growers and includes native plants, butterfly-attracting perennials, herbs, roses, camellias, begonias with a complete selection of rare and unusual tropical plants. Garden antiques, festive flags and unusual containers are also a focus.

Lake and Hills Garden Club 7th Annual Garden Tour Dates: November 6-7, 2010 Garden enthusiasts will enjoy exploring six distinctive gardens at the Seventh Annual Mount Dora Garden Tour.
