Partnership in the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce is one of the best marketing strategies that a business can implement. The Chamber becomes a partner and extended marketing arm with significant benefit components that include: a variety of advertising opportunities, business to business relationship building, referrals and targeted business participation. Joining the Chamber enhances visibility as it reinforces a commitment to the overall community and fellow business owners.
The chamber website provides your listing both alphabetically and by category. From both areas, there is a free of charge link to your website. For added exposure, linkable color logos can be added to the listing for a nominal fee. Local residents and tourist visit MountDora.com for leisure activities as well as products and services.
Over 30,000 visitors per year make the Chamber their first stop for questions, brochures, maps, and relocation packages. Partner collaterals for attractions, restaurants, and lodging are well displayed so that visitors won't miss seeing all that Chamber Partners have to offer. The Center's Staff elaborates on activities and assists in tailoring itineraries to suit visitor needs.
Local residents frequent the Visitor Center to purchase event and attraction tickets and obtain information on current happenings in the area. The Center has come to be known as the perfect resource location for business, tourism, clubs, organizations, relocation materials and general information.
These after-hours receptions are held twice a year at the Historic Train Depot where new partners are introduced. It is yet another opportunity where new partners get to know others who are new and those who have been with the chamber for years.
As a service to partners, the Chamber will advertise open positions, free of charge. These job postings have a link for applicants to view job descriptions and apply directly to the partner.
