Customer Discovery is a critical element to success. People only buy what they want, not what they need. This is a hard lesson and learning it late can cost time, money and even success.

In this session, you will learn how to ask questions that get you valuable answers and information you can use to build your business. We will discuss strategies to get interviews and will learn what to listen for. What are the important emotions you want to uncover? Then learn how to use what you hear to make better decisions and to fine tune your marketing strategy. 

Our presenter, Steve Epner is a SCORE volunteer and is a serial entrepreneur with 50 years of experience. He is an adjunct professor of business at Saint Louis University. After his second retirement, he was named the Entrepreneur In Residence for Boeing. His sessions are filled with reality, not theory. You will come away with a list of things to do and how to do them.
