Two rookie cops stake-out a cheap motel to snare an embezzling small-town mayor in his videotaped guilty deed. When the camera catches a bit of unrehearsed hanky panky and a kilt-wearing hitman stumbles into the fray – comic pandemonium breaks loose. (Rated PG-15 for grown-up situations.)
