Mission Resort is looking for a Payroll and membership clerk. The payroll/membership clerk completes a wide variety of tasks to specifically include finalizing and balancing of payroll gratuities while also maintaining membership database and billing. Responsibilities include working closely with department managers to ensure all timecards are approved/coded accurately and in a timely manner, balance all gratuities to be paid out to staff members in a tipped position, maintains database and billing for resort membership and boat slip rentals, balances tax exemptions monthly, maintains office supply stock, utilize accounting systems to facilitate accounting processes and maintain records, follows all departmental and company policies and procedures, other special projects as assigned by management, and all other duties as assigned.
