    Mission Resort is excited to welcome a Human Resources Benefits and Payroll Coordinator to our team. This vital role supports our commitment to excellence by ensuring the seamless management of payroll and benefits processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to verify and approve timecards with accuracy and timeliness, balancing and finalizing payroll gratuities for team members in tipped positions, and serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for team member benefits while maintaining accurate records and effective communication. Additionally, the coordinator will adhere to all departmental and company policies, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, while assisting with special projects and performing other duties as assigned to support the HR and payroll functions.
